Can I sell wine tastings without booking guests who are under 18?

Yes. Build guest categories like Adult, Under 18, and Designated Driver, then age-gate the products that need it. Age-restricted tastings stay hidden from under-18 booking flows, so the age check happens before checkout instead of at the cellar door.

How do I stop workshops from being under- or over-booked?

Set a minimum and maximum party size on each workshop. Zuru enforces both at checkout and shows live availability (Available, Limited, or Sold out), so the bench fills without you tracking numbers in a spreadsheet.

What happens when the weather cancels a farm activity?

Cancel the affected slot from the dashboard or the operator mobile app. Zuru notifies every booked guest and handles the refunds, so you are not phoning people one by one from a flooded pasture.

Can I open bookings for a short harvest season only?

Yes. Seasonal scheduling lets you open the calendar for harvest days only. It opens when your season starts and closes automatically when it ends, so you are not switching products on and off by hand each year.
