Your waiver, your brand
Guests sign your wording, not a Zuru template. Your logo, brand colour and contact details appear on the signing page, the emails and the signed copy.
Versions locked per booking
Published versions can't be edited. When you update your waiver, existing bookings keep the version they were confirmed with, so guests always sign the words they agreed to.
Groups and children
The lead guest can sign for each person in their group. Parents and guardians can sign for children and assisted adults, without giving them an email or phone number.
The details your crew needs
Name, email, phone and signature are always collected. Choose to add date of birth, address, medical conditions or an emergency contact for each waiver.
Live status for guides
Each booking shows how many guests have signed on the manifest, the guide's phone and the bookings list. Guides also see medical conditions and emergency contacts for their own trips.
Proof that holds up
Every signature records the time, IP address, device and the exact version signed, and is sealed so any change is detectable. Download a branded signed PDF from the booking at any time.

Kept for as long as it matters
Signed waivers are kept for 3 years after the activity, or 21 years when signed for a child, even if the guest asks for their data to be deleted. After that they are removed.
