Can I take bookings from my own website?
Yes. Every Zuru account comes with a hosted booking page you can link to, and an embeddable widget you can drop into your existing site. Both show live availability and take payment, so bookings land in the same dashboard no matter where the guest started.
How do I charge different prices for adults, children, and students?
Set up guest categories on each tour with their own per-person price. Guests pick the exact mix at checkout and Zuru totals it live, so a family of two adults and three children pays the right amount without you quoting it manually.
Can I run several departures a day with time between them?
Yes. Set your departure times per day and add a sequential buffer, and Zuru keeps the gap between slots automatically. You can copy a week's schedule in one click and close a day without touching every product.
Can my guides use Zuru without seeing revenue?
Yes. Invite guides and admins with role-based permissions. Guides get the manifests and check-in they need on the mobile app, while financials and settings stay locked to admins.
Does Zuru charge commission on bookings?
No. Zuru is free to start on the Basic plan and takes 0% commission on your bookings, including bookings that come through the Zuru Marketplace. You only pay your payment gateway's processing fee.
How do guests check in on the day of the tour?
Every booking comes with a QR code. Scan it at the meeting point from the Zuru operator mobile app to check guests in against the day's manifest, mark no-shows, and message everyone still to arrive.
